At Notts all of our coaches work very well as a team and we enjoy the training session just as much as the success.

I have a very good relationship with my coaches and they know me very well.

I have 3 coach's who coach me, Ian Kime, Claire Starkey and Jody Kime.

My main coach is claire who coaches me everyday as well as writing my programmes and planning my routines.
